Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Genkey Labs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Genkey Labs is a production management platform designed for keycap manufacturing partners. The Service enables manufacturers to manage workbench orders, track production milestones, submit quality defect reports, and collaborate with the Genkey team on keycap design and production workflows.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To access the Service, you must register for an account using a valid business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the designated user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to design files, production specifications, software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Genkey or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business operations as a manufacturing partner. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genkey and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the business relationship and access to the Service at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
